80 Days in America

Of course you can’t have 80 super-exciting days in a row and so today was a little less interesting day. In the morning Steve and I brought Dawn to work and checked out some new trucks. In the afternoon Steve needed to see a doctor, because his neck turned out to hurt more than expected. He’s ok, but his neck just hurts a lot. While he was away I used the time to do some webdesign work again at home. Thinking about work and things like that made me suddenly realize how lucky I am that I can do this journey. I heard that summer holiday in the Netherlands is almost over (did we actually had summer?) and everyone starts to go to school and work again, while I’m still having holiday here in America. Of course I also need to work hard again when I’m back home in a couple of months, but for now I’ll just enjoy this journey. 🙂 Except from relaxing in the jacuzzi the day was quite average, like it titled today’s post: ‘Just an ordinary day’. Days like this make me long for traveling again, so I probably hit the road soon again! 😎
